Our recipe for our family’s Nature Week really has nothing natural about it…. but we’ll eat it while we’re sitting in nature, which totally counts.
We made trail mix to take with us to the nature preserve. Our recipe (I use that term loosely) included:
-1 cup dried cranberries
-1 cup peanuts
-1 cup raisins
-1 cup chocolate chips
-2 cups pretzels
-2 cups dry cereal
-a lot more M&Ms than were necessary (we only really needed 1 cup)
There are no pictures of us actually eating it, but the kids said it was delicious.
